Jax von Julich is a beautiful 11 month old Shepherd mixed with possibly Collie (?). This adorable boy with the ginger highlights is such a darling dog. He’s lived with children, appears to be housetrained and just wants to please. Being so young, Jax tends to be a bit on the exuberant side. He loves to go out on walks and might pull you down the street if you let him -- just to go explore what is on the next block, and then the next and the next. Around other dogs, Jax is great. He greets them well on and off leash and loves to play. Jax is looking for a family who will include him on many of their fun adventures. He’d love to go for long walks and hikes, even accompany the resident jogger on runs. He wants a home with someone who will take him for training classes to teach him good manners and to build his confidence -- you can begin with the free basic obedience session that comes with his adoption.
